Our work includes replacement of unsafe cladding systems, internal and external fire compliance, the replacement and upgrading of mechanical and electrical fire suppression systems, the replacement of timber and uPVC decking systems to meet current balcony fire regulations, condensation analysis and remediation, pre-tender opening-up works and detailed remediation reporting.
In Progress
Currently underway: Replacement of the green wall; removal and setting aside of brickwork at compartmentation lines and openings for cavity barrier installation; and replacement of timber cladding, decking, and balcony/terrace support frames.
Recently Completed
Works included: Completed full cladding and remediation works to the external façade of the five-storey residential block at 37 Tanner Street, including the removal of combustible materials and upgrades to ensure full compliance.

Our History
At our foundation in 2014, Anamore’s key focus was to offer remediation services within the warranty providers sector for residential developments and apartment complexes.
Since then, we’ve expanded quickly, enlarging our service offering and expanding our base from Northern Ireland to cover operations in all areas of the UK and Ireland. We now offer a full package of remediation solutions and are one of a select few remediation companies working within the industry to offer full professional indemnity insurance as part of our full package of design and remediation solutions.
