What We Do
Anamore’s cladding remediation capabilities cover the removal of unsafe cladding, combustible insulation, non-compliant breather membranes and sheathing boards. We design and install a fully compliant A1-rated non-combustible cladding system to incorporate a non-combustible aluminium or stainless-steel carrier system. New compliant built-up systems include all required cavity barriers throughout the building envelope.
As part of the cladding remediation works, we remove and replace the combustible balcony decking boards and handrails, and replace them with a non-combustible aluminium or composite decking system – so that building owners and residents can have complete peace of mind in knowing that their decking is completely safe and compliant. All projects are carefully managed from inception right through to completion to ensure the building receives its EWS1 form from our fire engineering consultants upon completion of our works.
Generally working on behalf of building warranty specialists, we start with a specialist ‘opening up’ works team to carefully assess and report on cladding defects. As we are a design and build remediation contractor, we then work with our structural, architectural, fire engineering and façade design teams – in conjuction with the client design team, to detail the full scope of required remedial work. We then mange the entire planning and building control process as part of the overall scheme of works.
All our work is covered by full professional indemnity insurance.
Quality is at the heart of everything we do at Anamore. At every stage of a project – from initial discussion to final fixes – our team aim to ensure that every part of a project is completed to the highest level of quality and to the complete satisfaction of all stakeholders.
As a company, we’re only as good as our last project and we’ve always been completely committed to continual improvement. That means constant learning during each project to ensure that every new project goes even more smoothly than the last.
At Anamore, we’ve always been very conscious that our work is rooted firmly in the community. No-one likes disruption where they live, or in their place of business – so we do everything possible to minimise disturbance while on a project.
