When it comes to making sure the fire safety of buildings meets the approved and latest fire safety regulations, Anamore’s team have unparalleled expertise in fire compliance work.
From first inspection to final remediation, our teams of fire engineering consultants, technicians and specialist trades regularly work with all types of fire compliance and compartmentation issues – such as the presence of combustible cladding, insulation and missing or incorrectly installed cavity barriers. Internally, non-compliant fire compartmentation defects are identified and remediated. Our expertise also extends to fire suppression systems – essentially everything to ensure that, in the event of a fire in an apartment block, building damage is minimised and, most importantly, residents can exit a building safely.
All projects are carefully managed from inception right through to completion to ensure the building receives its EWS1 form from our fire engineering consultants upon completion of our works.
Where a building requires extensive remediation, it’s often the case that residents may have to be temporarily rehoused while work is completed and, in these instances, Anamore have a team of Resident Liaison Officers who will arrange for suitable alternative accommodation that’s paid for as part of the overall remediation cost.
