What We Do
Anamore have a huge amount of experience with projects that involve building warranty insurance claims and can provide an end-to-end service that manages the entire process from identifying building defects and non-compliance, to working with insurers to put buildings right.
Our remediation capabilities cover the complete spectrum of possible defects – including where cladding has been incorrectly installed and is structurally unsafe, missing insulation leading to heat loss, noise issues and water ingress causing issues with damp and mould. All projects are carefully managed from inception right through to completion.
Besides cladding issues, we work with structural defects in buildings and areas like subsidence, roofing, water ingress and balcony and window defects, to return buildings to a sound condition.
We can also provide a full inspection and report service for building owners, management companies and associations for remediation fund applications and insurance settlement purposes.
