The works involved the complete removal of the unsafe cladding system to all facades of the building, and the design and installation of a Class A1 rated Vitradual Aluminium Cladding system and associated cavity barriers. Tthe internal fire compliance works involved repairs and replacements to all fire doors and fire compartmentation works to all communal areas.
