Who are Anamore? The name may be new, but we’ve been one of the UK’s leading building remediation specialists, managing and delivering multi-million pound projects since 2014.

What makes our service completely unique is that we can offer a complete package for everything remediation related and carefully guide our customers through the entire process: from safely opening up problem buildings to do the surveying and reporting, right through to the necessary remediation works and final fixes.

Before 2017 we primarily worked with the UK’s largest building warranty insurance providers on NHBC Warranty insurance claims – working as the Principal Contractor on remediation projects. Post-Grenfell, our work has also encompassed Building Safety Fund-backed projects.

We pride ourselves in being a considerate contractor who understands the needs of tenants and communities and have a liaison team who work on the ground on every project to ensure that everyone involved is happy during the works and delighted with the outcome.

While there is a code of conduct that all remediation contractors are requested to adhere to, Anamore have always gone to great lengths to exceed these expectations when it comes to safeguarding the needs of residents through effective planning and considerate project management. Every project that we undertake includes a rigorous assessment of potential disruption for residents, where our liaison teams work hard to address any potential concerns and ensure that work is done with the absolute minimum of disruption. Getting this right is as important to us as the actual work itself.
