About Us
Anamore was founded in 2014 by our two directors, Anthony Marley and James McCallan, in a garage in County Tyrone. Between them they had two loaned vans, borrowed tools, no credit lines and no supplier accounts.
What they did have, however, was an encyclopaedic knowledge of commercial roofing and cladding systems. And a keen understanding that their ability to deliver projects with uncommon levels of thoughtfulness, planning and care was a key point of difference.
So, how did we get to now?
Key Moments and Milestones
A shiny new office in Omagh, Co. Tyrone and a move into the London market.
Starting with a measured-term contract for one of the UK’s building warranty providers.
Anamore became a Principal Contactor after two years. Which is pretty impressive, if you think about it.
The arrival of our longstanding Administration Manager, Rose Grimes. The rock on which we all stand.
Anamore’s first £1M building remediation project – Broadwater Cottages in Northern Ireland.
Further GB growth with our first £4M building remediation project – Marine Parade Walk in Dundee.
Nominated for an Irish News Workplace & Employment award.
Orchard Plaza in Poole was our first £9M project.
Anamore became one of the very first companies in the UK to complete a cladding remediation scheme under the Building Safety Fund.
In 2022, we had to triple the size of our office space in Omagh.
By 2023, we had successfully completed building remediation projects in every part of the UK and Ireland. Even the Isle of Man.
Mast Quay in London became Anamore’s first £10M+ building remediation project.

Recognising a recurring issue of sub-optimal work on buildings, we saw a specialism in remediation as the future. This led to a guiding philosophy: Anamore’s purpose is to make homes and buildings safe and sustainable across the world, so that families’ livelihoods can be preserved and protected for future generations.
This strong sense of purpose drove us to deliver exceptional work, attracting more customers and fuelling rapid growth. The result? An outstanding reputation in the industry.
