Anamore have established an academy initiative to help create the next generation of expert building remediators. Anamore Academy is a Higher-Level Apprenticeship (HLA) programme, the first of which we’ve launched in partnership with South West College in Northern Ireland. Over the next five years, this first academy will train at least 25 apprentices, providing them with foundation degree qualifications and pathways to further higher education.
Focusing primarily on construction qualifications, the programme also includes training in HR, Accounting, Business Development, Health & Wellbeing and Administration. Designed to address the talent gap in the UK construction industry, Anamore Academy aims to equip students with the practical and technical skills needed for careers in building remediation – a critical sector following increased demand for fire safety expertise.
