Skills
Anamore Academy is a Higher-Level Apprenticeship programme, developed with local colleges and launched in partnership with South West College in Northern Ireland. Our goal is to train at least 25 apprentices over five years — a £1.5 million investment in skills. While focused primarily on construction, the Academy spans HR, finance, marketing, fire and façade engineering, and more – creating well-paid, rewarding careers across every area of the business.
