Mental Health First Aider Appointment – Strengthening Workplace Wellbeing

We are pleased to announce that Brian McCallan, Senior Contracts Manager, has successfully completed Mental Health First Aid training, further strengthening support for colleagues across the business.

Through this specialised training with MHFA England, Brian has developed the knowledge and skills to recognise the signs of mental health challenges and provide appropriate support and guidance when needed.

Having a Mental Health First Aider within our organisation is vital, both in the office and on site. The construction industry can be demanding and challenging, with pressures that are not always visible, and this role helps create opportunities to open conversations early and make a meaningful difference.

At Anamore, we believe mental wellbeing is just as important as physical safety, and we are committed to ensuring our employees have access to the support they need.
