Brian oversees project delivery from design through to practical completion, with a strong focus on stakeholder management, collaboration and achieving successful project outcomes.

He has extensive experience delivering complex, multi-million-pound remediation projects for Anamore, with particular expertise in managing the BSR Gateway process and Golden Thread requirements.

Involved from the early stages of project planning, Brian works closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. He oversees programme, commercial and quality performance, manages challenges as they arise and ensures projects progress smoothly through to successful handover.
