A comprehensive façade remediation and fire safety upgrade has been successfully completed on a residential development, delivering significant improvements to the building envelope, external finishes, and compliance with current fire safety standards.

The 8-month programme included extensive replacement and upgrade works across balconies, cladding, soffits, and external detailing, while maintaining the architectural intent of the original design.

With these improvements, the building can now meet current fire safety regulations whilst still preserving its appearance.
