With over 15 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying, including eight years specialising in the façade industry, Mark has delivered projects ranging from £1 million to over £20 million across new build and remediation.

At Anamore, Mark leads the commercial function, overseeing the commercial team and providing strategic direction across contracts, cost management and project delivery. His experience includes contract negotiation, commercial strategy, supplier and subcontractor management, and maintaining strong cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

With a strong understanding of the Building Safety Regulator, Building Safety Fund and Cladding Safety Scheme requirements, Mark brings valuable expertise to the delivery of complex remediation projects. He combines commercial insight with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach, prioritising early identification of issues, open communication and positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
