I knew some of the team members personally and professionally before I joined so when the opportunity arose to join the team, I grabbed it with both hands.

When I started, I was always struck by the comradery they shared, from the top down. Now I realise it’s much more than comradery – it’s a supportive, arms-around-each-other approach that doesn’t end at 5pm. The support from everyone in the team is superb. The care, understanding, and flexibility offered to help further my career is second to none. This support not only matches my needs as a mother of young children.
