Mairead plays a key role in ensuring Anamore operates to the highest standards of compliance, quality, health and safety, while placing residents at the heart of every project.

As Head of Resident Relations, she leads the Resident Liaison team, ensuring residents are kept informed throughout each project and that any concerns are addressed with care, professionalism and transparency.

Mairead also oversees HSEQ operations, including regular site visits, health and safety audits and environmental assessments. She is experienced in reviewing RAMS, coordinating Considerate Constructors initiatives and managing stakeholder communications. Mairead is responsible for maintaining Anamore’s compliance with ISO 9001, SAFE-T and NVIRO-CERT standards, supporting the company’s commitment to delivering safe, high-quality and responsible projects.
