Conor brings over ten years of façade estimating experience, with a strong track record of successfully tendering projects ranging from £1 million to £15 million across both remediation and new build sectors. At Anamore, he oversees new tender enquiries, ensuring bids meet client requirements, regulatory standards and the highest levels of quality.

Conor is involved from the early stages of pre-tender activity, including site assessments, delivery planning and subcontractor strategy. He works closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the tender and delivery process, supporting effective project planning, cost control and successful outcomes.

His role also includes monitoring project performance, supporting marketing activity and providing regular updates to the Directors.
