Site Manager – Cladding Remediation

Location: London based

About the Role

Anamore is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to support our building remediation projects in London.

We’re seeking someone with hands-on experience in cladding remediation who understands the complexities of delivering remedial works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Please note: This is a specialist remediation role, not a general new-build construction Site Manager position. Candidates must have cladding remediation experience and an understanding of internal fire compartmentation works.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across cladding remediation works.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials, plant and site resources.
• Monitor project programmes, progress and quality of workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and relevant regulations.
• Oversee quality assurance, inspections, defect resolution and site documentation.
• Understand and coordinate associated internal fire compartmentation works.
• Identify and resolve site issues, escalating where necessary.
• Maintain effective communication with project teams, clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Take ownership of site delivery, ensuring works are completed safely and to the required standards.

Essential Criteria

Candidates must demonstrate:

• At least 2 years’ direct experience in cladding remediation projects.
• An understanding of cladding remediation processes, sequencing and site delivery.
• Knowledge of internal fire compartmentation works and their role in building fire safety.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
• A sound understanding of health and safety, quality assurance and site compliance.
• The ability to manage programmes, resolve problems and maintain project progress.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
