Anamore Academy
Building the Future of remediation
At Anamore, we know that skilled staff are the backbone of our industry – without them, we simply can’t operate. That’s why we’ve launched Anamore Academy, an initiative aimed at nurturing the next generation.
Anamore Academy is a Higher-Level Apprenticeship (HLA) programme, developed in collaboration with local colleges. The first of these partnerships is with South West College in Northern Ireland, where we’ve already welcomed four HLA apprentices and two placement students.
Our goal is to train at least 25 apprentices over the next five years, equipping them with an accredited Foundation Degree and clear pathways to further higher education.
Addressing the Industry Talent Gap
Anamore Academy represents a £1.5 million investment in skills training over five years – a reflection of our belief in building sustainable talent from the ground up. By offering students the chance to earn while they learn, we’re not only supporting their career development, but also strengthening the future of the industry as a whole.
While the Academy focuses primarily on construction qualifications, it also covers other essential disciplines such as Human Resources, Accounting, Business Development, Health & Wellbeing, Administration, Marketing and PR, Safety, Environmental and Quality, Project Planning, Fire Engineering, Façade Design, Architectural Design, Process Integration and App Development, and Structural Engineering. This broad curriculum ensures students gain the practical and technical skills required for long-term careers in building remediation – a sector that’s seen rapid growth due to the increasing demand for fire safety expertise.
