Remediation Completed at Tanner Street, London

Anamore has completed a major façade remediation project at 37 Tanner Street, a five-storey residential building in London, ensuring full compliance with current Building Safety Act requirements.

Delivered over nine months, the works involved removing combustible materials from the building’s external façade and replacing them with fully non-combustible systems. This included the installation of an A1-rated external wall insulation render system, remediation of spandrel panels with fire-safe materials, and the replacement of timber balcony decking with MyDek Delta30 aluminium decking.

To minimise disruption for residents, site offices and welfare facilities were accommodated within existing on-site spaces in collaboration with the building’s management team.

Ryan Lightfoot, Project Manager at Pellings, commented: “The building has now been fully remediated and brought into compliance with the Building Safety Act. The three words I would use to describe Anamore are professional, competent and compassionate towards residents.”

The project highlights Anamore’s ongoing commitment to delivering safe, compliant and resident-focused remediation solutions.
