LONDON

Project Type(s)

Remediation of external insulated render
Spandrel panels and balcony decking

Project Overview

Carried out full cladding and remediation works to external façade of the 5-story residential block at 37 Tanner St. Removal of combustible materials and ensure full compliance with current building safety act and regulations.

Welfare: As it is always in our interest to keep our visual site presence to a minimum for residents, we were able to arrange our office and welfare facilities with the Maltings Place management. The site office was set up in a vacant office block within the courtyard, and the welfare facilities were located in the underground carpark.

Scope of Works: Strip all EPS from the external facade and replace it with A1 rated EWI Render System. Remove all combustible materials from behind the existing spandrel panels and install Klasse G board, EPDM weatherproofing, Photon wrap A1 breather membrane, Knauf rocksilk insulation slab, Tenmat fire barriers and closed with a Valcan aluminium spandrel panel.
Replacement of all timber decking with MyDek Delta30 balcony decking.

Client Comments

“The project involved full remediation of non compliant façade material and replacement of fully non combustible fully compliant materials to ensure the building has been fully remediated.

Now the project has been completed and fully compliant the building is now compliant with the building safety act.

The three words I would use to describe Anamore would be, professional, competent and compassionate towards residents.”
