With new projects underway and our workload continuing to grow, we’re looking for Site Managers who take pride in delivering quality work, leading teams and getting things done properly.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

You’ll oversee:

• Site operations, programmes and resources
• Subcontractors, labour, materials and plant
• Quality and workmanship
• Health, safety and regulatory compliance
• Site teams and stakeholder relationships
• Identifying and resolving issues
• Project progress and delivery

About You
We’re looking for experienced Site Managers with:

• Proven construction industry experience
• Strong knowledge of construction and building defects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A strong focus on health, safety and quality
• A practical, solutions-focused approach
• The ability to take ownership and accountability

Experience in building remediation, refurbishment or high-rise residential projects would be advantageous.
